Here is an example of a Google Maps Listing we did for a business named Office Cleaning Phoenix.

Note: Office Cleaning Phoenix's website is hosted on Blogger which made it even harder to rank than other businesses who have their own domain names.

As you can see from the Google Keyword Tool results below, there are around 1360 total monthly searches for the four keywords that we went after. That's about 45 customers looking for a business that can clean offices every single day! Notice that Google considers the Competition to rank for these keywords is "HIGH".
